About Kiseki
Kiseki is an online retailer of handcrafted jewellery made using natural stones. All products are sold via our Shopify store and shipped from within the United Kingdom.
Products & Descriptions
We take care to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, due to the natural characteristics of stone, each piece will vary slightly in colour, texture, pattern, and finish. These variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Product images are provided for guidance only. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase using the payment methods offered through Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where pricing or product information errors occur.
Shipping
We ship only within the United Kingdom, via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Kiseki cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. In summary, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items reported within the stated timeframe. Natural variation in stone is not considered a fault.

Sizing
Bracelet sizes are stated on product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues where the product matches the description provided.
