At Kiseki, every bracelet is crafted using natural stone. This means no two pieces are ever identical, and natural variation is part of what makes each item unique.
We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and review all images before placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
We accept returns only if an item is faulty or arrives damaged.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address], including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Natural Stone Disclaimer
Natural stones may contain variations in colour, internal markings or inclusions, and slight differences in bead size or finish.
These are not considered faults, but natural characteristics of genuine stone and craftsmanship.
Returns will not be accepted for these reasons.
Sizing
Please ensure you select the correct bracelet size before ordering.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues if the product matches the provided description.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Hygiene & Wear
For hygiene reasons, bracelets that have been worn, stretched or altered in any way cannot be returned.
All approved returns must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Approved returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense unless the item is confirmed faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Kiseki cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
